Mock Seaweed Salad



I don't live at the sea, so it's harder to find its wonderful bounty of weed to put in a salad. Instead, I mixed up the following. It tastes good - eat it.

Veggies:
Shredded cabbage
Sliced cucumber
Thinly sliced spring onions

Sauce:
3 parts Rice vinegar
3 parts Toasted sesame oil
1 part Soy sauce
1/2 part Sriracha (rooster) sauce
1/2 part Honey
A smidgen of Chinese 5 spice
The correct amount of Toasted sesame seeds

Prep:
Nuke the sauce for 30 seconds so the honey is easy to mix
Dump over prepped veggies
